Every account starts the same way: all six classes free for 14 days. On day 15 you keep all six on Gold, or step down to three or one — and that is when the first payment is taken. Every bot gets its own mailbox, and every tier includes your website.

Your account always has an address — your serial, included, from the minute your bots are born. A domain of your own is a different thing: we buy it from a registry for a full year up front, in your name, so it is sold as what it is rather than smuggled into a monthly price.
A domain runs on the registry's clock, not your membership's. It renews on the day it was registered, and it keeps running even if you change tier.
Not leased from us and not switched off when you leave. If you ever walk away, the name walks with you — which is the whole difference between a home and a hostage.
A domain you bought elsewhere works exactly the same. Point it at your account and your website and bot pages answer on it. .ai is the one exception worth knowing: its registry sells in two-year blocks, so it is billed for two years at a time.

No. There are three tiers — Bronze £6.99, Silver £17.99 and Gold £29.99 a month — and a 14-day free trial in front of them at Gold level. The trial is a fortnight of everything, not a tier you can sit on. We'd rather say that plainly than build a crippled free plan nobody enjoys.
Whatever you chose. Stay on Gold and £29.99 is taken; step down and it's £17.99 or £6.99; cancel before day 14 is out and nothing is taken at all — no charge, no invoice, nothing to claw back. You attach a card on day zero so the fortnight can end without an interruption, and it sits untouched until day 15.
No — and that one is deliberate. A domain costs us a full year at a registry the moment it is bought, so it is never bundled into a monthly price and never given away. Buy one from us at £8.49 a year for a .co.uk or £9.49 for a .com, from around 590 extensions, or bring one you already own. Either way it is registered to you, billed yearly on its own anniversary, and it stays yours if you leave.
Yes, any time, at no charge. Hire three, use them for a month, stand one class down and bring another in — the ones you stand down keep their files, so bringing one back loses nothing.
No. One price per tier, and the figure you sign up on is the figure that renews — there is no first-year discount here waiting to snap back at you. If a price ever does change we'll say so before it does, not in a footnote after.
Your bots wind down politely: jobs stop, everything they know and filed is exported into a download for you, and the account is held for 30 days before the server is decommissioned, so coming back loses nothing. Any domain you bought stays yours. Serial numbers are never reissued.
